The values ??applied by the Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University refer to the motto of Udayana University, namely "Taki Takining Sewaka Guna Widya" which means that people who study knowledge must pursue knowledge and virtue. Every science (science) is knowledge (knowledge), but not all knowledge is science. So science is knowledge that is arranged systematically, while knowledge is what is known by humans or the work of humans to know. The implementation of the above values ??is reflected in Tri Hita Karana, Cakra Widya Prawartana, and Taki-Takining Sewaka Guna Widya. These three are the noble values ??of local culture which are the reference for developing the basic values ??of the academic community, and the identity of Udayana University in general and in the Psychiatry Specialist Study Program. In implementing this educational philosophy, the FK Unud Psychiatry Specialist Study Program implements a learning strategy that prioritizes student-centered learning (Student center learning), problem-based learning, prioritizing student experience in relevant cases (Experiential learning), based on evidence (Evidence based), and local Balinese culture based (Culture-based). These strategies are abbreviated as SPEEC.
In achieving the values ??of the Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University, cooperation with various collaborations is required. The implementation of cooperation standards at the Faculty of Medicine of Udayana University is managed by the Information and Cooperation Management Unit (UPIKS). The Dean of the Faculty of Medicine, Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University 2022 68 LAM-PTKes criteria: Self-Evaluation Evaluation Report Accreditation of Psychiatry Specialist Study Program, Faculty of Medicine, Udayana University 68 Tri Dharma Higher Education/Academic, Non-Academic cooperation standards and work units under the Faculty of Medicine, Unud. Implementation and monitoring and evaluation of the implementation of cooperation standards is carried out by UPIKS in coordination with the Unud Cooperation division. The collaboration includes activities to provide educational facilities (hospitals) for medical students and the medical profession, nursing and nurses, physiotherapy, public health, and specialists (Sp-1).
The Study Program for Mental Medicine Specialist at FK Unud has made the most of the collaboration with Hospitals, Prisons, Schools and Community Health Centers as educational vehicles. Until 2021, there have been 14 domestic MoUs and 5 foreign MoUs. The Cooperation Agreement (PKS) has agreed on these cooperation activities. The implementation of collaborative activities includes activities that support the Tri Dharma of Higher Education. As an example of the implementation of foreign cooperation activities in the form of guest lectures, visiting professors, and workshops. During the pandemic, activities were modified by conducting or participating in virtual or hybrid seminars or workshops that utilized the information technology system owned by Unud and were actively attended by lecturers and students. The management and reporting of cooperation at the Unud FK Study Program level is coordinated by UPIKS through internal socialization of the Study Program to the academic community, simplification of procedures for implementing collaboration, communication with collaboration partners, and prospective collaboration partners in a comprehensive manner through a prospective partner approach with appropriate knowledge, credibility and good track record of activities. In addition, the Study Program also enhances cooperation networks by participating in international standard activities so as to increase cooperation partners in the future. Monitoring and evaluation of cooperation as well as activity reports are carried out by UPIKS as well as coordinating with the University Cooperation Division under the leadership of the Vice Chancellor in the field of cooperation. A partner satisfaction survey is made to evaluate partner satisfaction, then it is reported to the cooperation implementation team and the leadership, to follow up on the continuation of the collaboration.
